Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of Gas Analyser Panel with Sample Handling System at BF#4 & BF#7 at BSP Bhilai.

In collaboration with Fuji Electric India Private Limited, we were entrusted with the crucial task of erecting, testing, and commissioning a Gas Analyser Panel equipped with a Sample Handling System. This project was executed at Blast Furnace #4 (BF#4) and Blast Furnace #7 (BF#7) within the Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP), a prominent steel manufacturing facility. The Gas Analyser Panel and Sample Handling System are integral components of the plant's infrastructure, responsible for continuously monitoring and analyzing gases produced during the steelmaking process.

Our highly skilled team of engineers and technicians meticulously handled the installation, ensuring the precise positioning of the Gas Analyser Panel and the Sample Handling System. Rigorous testing procedures were conducted to validate the accuracy and reliability of the equipment. The commissioning phase involved fine-tuning and integrating these systems seamlessly into the plant's operations.
