Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of Scavenging and Analyzer Panel with Probe & Heat-Traced Sample Tubes at BF#5 BSP Bhilai

In collaboration with Adage Automation Pvt Ltd, we undertook the crucial task of erecting, testing, and commissioning a Scavenging and Analyzer Panel, complete with Probe & Heat-Traced Sample Tubes, at Blast Furnace #5 (BF#5) within the Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP). This project is of paramount importance as it is part of the plant's comprehensive efforts to ensure efficient gas analysis and process control during the steelmaking operation.

Our skilled team of engineers and technicians meticulously executed the installation, placing a strong emphasis on the precise positioning of the Scavenging and Analyzer Panel, as well as the Probe and Heat-Traced Sample Tubes.
